New Members
The DTAA welcomes applications for new members at all times. Read about membership levels here.
For those seeking to achieve recognition by the DTAA at Professional Member, Provisional Professional or Associate Members levels, the first step is to join as a General Member using the on-line system, then complete an application form as below and send to admin@dtaa.org.au. The form will be checked and then sent on to the Professional Membership Committee for consideration. On acceptance to a new level, the applicant will be advised as to what additional fees are due.

Please note that only General and General(concession) members can use the Join Online button below. All others must submit the appropriate Membership application form from the list below.
Membership Application Forms
For Professional, Provisional and Associate levels of membership, an application must be completed. The forms explain the process that needs to be followed to achieve each level. This includes requirements about training, practice experience and supervision.

The following form is to be used ONLY if you need to temporarily relinquish your Professional membership. Please note the full Deactivation and Reactivation policy as it impacts Professional, Provisional Professional, and Association membership.

Renewing Members
The DTAA online membership system will send members an annual reminder to renew with an invoice attached in June each year for payment by 30 July. The invoice will have links to pay via Paypal or debit or credit card online. To make changes to their online profiles, members can email the information required to admin@dtaa.org.au.
