Three workshops were offered to complement the conference theme, of the differing methods and approaches to dance-movement therapy today.
'Dynamic Phrasing in Dance/Movement Therapy' and 'Building Observation Skills for Client Sessions', two days of workshops led by Peggy Hackney, international presenter and specialist in Laban Movement Analysis and Bartenieff Fundamentals.

'Dance/movement Therapy Process: Integrating All the Elements', three day workshop led by Sharon Chaiklin - Keynote Conference Speaker, pioneer dance-movement therapist, from the USA. This workshop will incorporate movement experiences, lecture and discussion to enable participants to learn more about the therapeutic process and its implications for the practice of DMT.

'Physical Storytelling as a therapeutic modality within DMT' led by Connor Kelly MA, ADTR, and Steve Harvey PhD, ADTR, RDT, RPT/S. Steve and Connor are well known international presenters and dance–movement therapists, who have worked with families, taught in the Naropa dmt program and developed the practice of physical storytelling. Their two day workshop will be entitled.
Day 1. The basics of Physical Storytelling with its therapeutic possibilities
Day 2. Physical Storytelling in supervision and training of DMTs.
