The Dance-Movement Therapy Association of Australia and the Hanny Exiner Memorial Foundation presented this conference in Melbourne, following two earlier conferences held in Melbourne, in 1997 and 2000.
The conference presented and drew together the wide-ranging, differing methods and approaches to dance and dance-movement therapy, symbolised by the many threads that form the rich tapestry of dance-movement therapy in Australia today.
Papers from the conference are being published as a full volume of writings, comprising 22 articles from authors from USA, Australia and New Zealand. 'Dance Therapy Collections 3' is available.
