Sandra has experience with a diverse range of groups including mental health, disability, culturally and linguistically diverse, autism carers, seniors, autistic adults and preschool children. Her group program, “Make A Move”, provides a supportive and nurturing space for people to express their emotions and develop their creativity through movement. It includes a range of dance styles along with creative improvisation and use of props that can be adapted to suit the group. She also offers individual therapy. Sandra is currently involved in running peer support groups and social events for autistic adults, and has previous experience as a mental health peer worker, job coach and children’s dance teacher.
