Description

I am a qualified Dance Movement Therapist with a foundation in dance teaching, yoga, acting, and a deep love for performance and the expressive arts. These creative roots shape my therapeutic approach, where movement becomes a pathway to connection, expression, and healing.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, with a particular interest in the Polyvagal framework, which supports understanding the nervous system’s role in safety, regulation, and social engagement. I bring this lens into sessions to support embodied resilience and co-regulation.

I have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, valuing the unique stories and strengths each person brings. My practice supports older adults, individuals living with chronic pain or illness, those navigating mental health challenges, and people in trauma recovery. I also work alongside neurodivergent individuals, those with intellectual and physical diversities, and people experiencing developmental and behavioural challenges.

I am committed to creating inclusive, attuned, and creative spaces where each person can explore express movement in a way that feels meaningful, empowering, and safe.
