Description

Rachel has worked as a therapist and youth/support worker, particularly within the NDIS framework, Her client-focused approach blends a unique set of skills to provide a nurturing and safe space. By working together, Rachel helps clients gently uncover and release emotional patterns and beliefs held in the body, supporting a balanced nervous system and promoting a sense of well-being.

She has worked with acquired brain injuries, neurodiversity, intellectual disabilities, autoimmune conditions/ post op, dementia and Alzheimer’s. Facilitated sessions in Aged care homes and private practice, Using evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care to create safe and supportive environments that foster holistic health. Rachel works closely with children with neurodiversity, and her therapy dog, Stella, often joins her sessions. Stella provides extra comfort, helping children feel at ease and enhancing the therapeutic experience.

In addition to individual sessions, Rachel runs a creative movement group for women. Rachel helps guide clients on their journey to wellness and self-discovery.
