Description

I grew up in the French part of Switzerland, spent some time in London and have been living in Australia since 2007.

My professional background comprises of over 30 years of international and local experience in diverse sectors from banking, training centres, RFID manufacturing, wholesale in pharmaceutical products and more. My focus areas were business improvement, HR, project management and Management,

I started my dance movement therapy journey in 2012 providing sessions in all areas of retirement homes (hostel, nursing, memory support) and expanded my experience working with Young Onset Dementia, carers, adults with disabilities, and one-on-one sessions for adults with trauma / PTSD and for busy professionnals looking for a bodily approach in their quest of life-balance. I develop programs for businesses aiming at reducing stress, enhancing satisfaction and engagement.

Key elements of my approach and interest: increase awareness to our body and mind,  mental health - approach and tools, non-verbal communication - a powerful way to connect.  Meditation and breathing techniques are not only an interest, they are part of my routines.
