In my Dance Movement Therapy I use a client-led approach in a safe space for connection, sharing and exploration. I utilise somatic meditation, music, art, poetry, discussion, rhythmic and improvisational movement to connect our bodies with our imagination, to explore the relationship of our internal and external worlds. Together we will build our sensory awareness through movement, gaining insight into our emotional state. My approach is warm and gentle. My focus is providing pathways for you to find connection, joy, strength, healing and peace.
