Hi, I’m Audrey!

I’m a Dance Movement Therapist and an Early Childhood lead educator based in Brisbane, Australia. I combine somatics and dance movement therapy to help children and adults build confidence, body awareness, balance, and emotional wellbeing through movement.

Before becoming a therapist, I performed professionally as a ballet guest artist with Philippine Ballet Theatre and as a company member of UP Dance Company. I also taught dance to children and adults at Ballet Philippines Dance School.

My lifelong passion for dance inspires me to help people heal, connect, and grow through movement.
