Audrey is a Dance Movement Therapist and Early Childhood Lead Educator based in Queensland, Australia. Her practice integrates somatic approaches with Dance Movement Therapy to support children and adults in developing body awareness, confidence, balance, and emotional wellbeing.
She has experience working with diverse populations, including children, neurodivergent individuals, and adults navigating complex psychological, physical, and emotional challenges, including those living with terminal illness. Audrey takes a client-centred, trauma-informed approach, creating safe and supportive spaces where movement becomes a pathway for expression, self-regulation, and healing.
With a strong foundation in early childhood education, Audrey is particularly passionate about supporting children’s development through engaging, developmentally appropriate, movement-based sessions that foster confidence, coordination, and emotional growth.
Prior to her therapeutic practice, Audrey performed professionally as a dance artist with Philippine Ballet Theatre and UP Dance Company, and taught dance to both children and adults at Ballet Philippines Dance School. This extensive background informs her holistic and embodied approach to therapy.
Audrey is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages feel more connected, grounded, and empowered in their bodies.
