Description

"As we are in our body, so too we are in the world."

I am a comprehensively trained Pilates practitioner, Somatic and Dance Movement Therapist and former professional contemporary dancer. My therapeutic work is rooted in a pain science and vagus nerve-informed lens, with a deep respect for the body's capacity to hold memory and meaning.

I believe that our bodies hold a memory of every experience we’ve ever had. Just as physical scars leave their trace, so too do the internal ones—subtle imprints on the nervous system that may not be visible, but profoundly shape how we move, feel, and connect. These embodied imprints can influence our physical and emotional sensitivity, impact our resilience, and lead us to disconnect from our body in an attempt to cope.

I work with adults navigating persistent pain and emotional trauma, and the disconnection that often comes with these challenges. In the past I have also supported neurodiverse children in finding grounding and body connection, and assisted elite dancers in injury rehabilitation and managing persistent pain. I am passionate about working with women and mothers to assist them with nervous system regulation and connecting back to themselves through movement.

My interest lies in helping people return to their bodies - not to fix them, but to listen to them. Through breath, movement, and attuned presence, I guide clients toward understanding their physiological cues and rebuilding a sense of safety and agency. My role is to be a steady witness and anchor as they build capacity in their body - so that strength, confidence, and clarity can ripple outward into the rest of their lives.
